Conway and Nature-Based Tourism

Dear Conway Voters,

As we approach the upcoming election, I want to talk to you about an issue that affects our city's economic growth and prosperity: nature-based tourism.

Our historic river town is centered around the black water river, the Waccamaw, and is home to some of the most beautiful natural landscapes in the region. This makes Conway an ideal destination for nature-based tourism, which has become a vital component of our economy and tourism industry.

According to recent data, nature-based tourism generates over $800 billion in revenue annually and supports millions of jobs across the country. It is a rapidly growing industry that provides significant economic benefits to our city, including job creation, increased tax revenue, and local business growth.

As your representative, I am committed to promoting and supporting nature-based tourism in Conway. I believe that our natural resources are a valuable asset that we can leverage to attract visitors and create economic opportunities for our community.

We need to invest in Conway's amenities to support nature-based tourism, including hiking and biking trails, camping facilities, water sports activities, etc. We also need to work with local businesses to promote sustainable tourism practices that protect our natural resources and preserve them for future generations.

By investing in nature-based tourism, we are investing in Conway's future. We can create a thriving economy that provides sustainable jobs and supports the growth of local businesses.

Thank you for your consideration, and I hope to have your support in the upcoming election. Please don't forget to vote for April on June 13th.

Leading with Love and Loyalty,

April O’Leary
